ABOUT
MPA.WINE
You have to be obsessed to know the greatest wines of the world - especially French - in your mid-30s. You have to be a little more than obsessed, not only to have drunk these wines, but to have stocked a large part of them, not only to be able to talk about them, but also to sell the wine. Marc Philipp Agne is one such "obsessive." He was in his early 20s when he drank wine for the first time consciously, that is, a great old wine. A 1911 Clos de Vougeot, at a friend of his father's, "a wine lover before the Lord." "What impressed me most was that you could still drink such an old wine and it was still complex and tasted good," Agne recalls of his "awakening experience."
